Heather S. Dondis is a seasoned financial services marketing executive with more than 30 years of experience in communications, media strategy, and investment industry engagement. She currently serves as Head of PR, Sponsorships and Partnerships at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., where she leads the development and execution of the firm’s media, sponsorship, and partnership strategy. Over her six-plus years with the organization, including more than four years in her current role, she has played a key role in shaping the firm’s external voice—building and delivering insightful, actionable content designed to inform and support financial advisors and investors in an increasingly complex market environment. Dondis began her career in financial services marketing shortly after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. What started as an entry point into the workforce quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for strategic communications and investor/advisor education. Throughout her career, including a 15-year tenure at T. Rowe Price, she has held progressively senior roles spanning content strategy, product development, marketing communications, and thought leadership. Her work has consistently focused on translating complex investment concepts into meaningful, accessible insights, reinforcing her reputation as a trusted voice in the industry. Beyond her professional achievements, Dondis is deeply committed to advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement. She serves as Vice Chair of the Active Managers Council for the Investment Adviser Association and is involved with organizations such as WIPN (Women in Pensions Network). Her dedication to service extends to volunteer work with the Alzheimer’s Association and participation in the Pan-Mass Challenge. Guided by values of integrity, commitment, and advocacy, she is passionate about helping others—whether through her professional work, mentorship relationships, or support for causes focused on elderly care, education, and community well-being.
