Her Story

About Heather

Heather Noel is the founder and owner of MG2 squared, a consulting firm she launched about five to six years ago in Miami, Florida. With a background that includes working as a law clerk and organizing extensive project documentation in a warehouse setting, she identified a turning point when her efforts helped reverse a potential $200 million liability for her employer. This experience prompted her to pursue Six Sigma certifications, earning her Yellow, Green, and Black Belts by 2008, after which she applied process improvement and finance expertise across insurance, maritime, boat, and pharmaceutical industries. As an entrepreneur, Noel now partners with companies to analyze profit and loss statements, identify waste, streamline operations, and support long-term strategic decisions. She named her firm MG2 squared after her children, Mia and twins Margeo and Gia. Noel attributes her success to consistency and believing in herself without self-sabotage, and she values seeing the shifts, changes, and growth that result from her involvement in building and improving businesses. She is currently expanding into real estate investments and fitness industry partnerships in Dubai.

Ten minutes with Heather

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency and believing in yourself. Do not self-sabotage. Believing in yourself will get you farther than anyone or anything.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Whatever room you walk in, there's always a seat. Never ever feel that you don't belong. There's always room, especially when we the higher you go the more the room. You have to have a calm mind and a sense of stability.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is retaining clients and finding who has the necessity at a large scale and scaling it. The biggest opportunity is the unknown, because sometimes something new becomes the new trend.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values is the shift, the change that I see that was produced, that makes a difference, and seeing the growth. Being able to look at something and say that I was there, I partook, I engaged.
