Her Story
About Heidi
Heidi Oliphant has been working in the fitness and wellness industry for about 7 years. She initially entered the field through personal training, which she loved, and later taught group fitness classes at various gyms. Feeling she had reached a glass ceiling with limited career progression, she decided to return to school and earn an MBA. This education has propelled her toward higher leadership and management roles. She aspires to work in corporate wellness, managing fitness and wellness benefits packages for corporations to provide employees with a holistic experience. Oliphant attributes her success to hope and a forward-thinking mindset that drives her to build bigger and better things. She values kindness in connecting with others, recognizing that everyone is on the same team despite individual paths, and emphasizes reaching back to help others while planning next steps. In her community, she volunteers at a nearby hospital by visiting women experiencing early deliveries and NICU stays similar to her own, bringing nail polish, color by number books, and sticker by number books to chat and provide support.
