Heidi Wind, EMBA, is a seasoned education executive and strategic consultant with over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, higher education management, and education technology. Currently a Senior Strategic Consultant at Anthology Inc., Heidi works closely with college partners across the Western Region, helping them define and implement strategies that drive student success and operational efficiency. Her expertise spans campus financial management, enrollment growth, retention strategies, academic achievement, and educational technology, making her a trusted advisor for institutions navigating complex educational landscapes.

Before joining Anthology, Heidi held leadership roles at multiple educational institutions, including Tulsa Welding School and Technology Center, Virginia College, and Anthem Education Group. She has a proven record of increasing student enrollment, improving retention rates, and optimizing campus operations. Notably, at Tulsa Welding School, she grew the student population from 32 to 710 in less than 18 months and oversaw the expansion of facilities and staff to meet growing demand. Throughout her career, Heidi has consistently focused on enhancing the student experience while ensuring institutional excellence.

Heidi holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is passionate about leadership development, mentoring, and helping students and staff achieve their full potential. Recognized for her innovative approach and strategic insights, Heidi has received accolades such as the Anthology ACE of SPADES Industry Expert award and has served as a representative for the AFIT Summer Institute.
