Holly Roselle, Ph.D.
Holly Roselle, Ph.D., is the Founder and CEO of ForceField Protection, a cutting-edge safety and productivity platform that protects and connects lone workers in high-risk and unpredictable environments. With extensive expertise in human and organizational performance, Holly has dedicated her career to developing solutions that enhance individual effectiveness and drive organizational success. Her professional experience spans military and special operations contexts, where she identified performance challenges and implemented strategies that enabled teams and operators to consistently perform at their best.
Prior to founding ForceField Protection, Holly served as a Human and Organizational Performance Specialist with the Naval Special Warfare Command, the Asymmetric Warfare Group, and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where she supported service members and Wounded Warriors in achieving peak performance, resilience, and rehabilitation. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia, where she was a competitive swimmer throughout college and served as team captain.
Holly has been married for 15 years and is the proud mother of two children, a daughter and a son. She enjoys attending her daughter’s dance competitions and her son’s lacrosse games, balancing her professional leadership with family life. Passionate about safety, productivity, and organizational culture, Holly helps businesses create environments where employees feel valued, protected, and more engaged, leading to higher retention, improved performance, and stronger organizational outcomes. She also extends her impact through Higher Power Mind, a faith-based program empowering youth to develop resilience, confidence, and purpose.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a commitment to continual learning, embracing mistakes as opportunities for growth, seeking guidance when needed, maintaining humility, and persevering through challenges without giving up.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to put my faith first, trusting that Jesus is the ultimate guide in all aspects of my work. By walking in faith and aligning my business decisions with His guidance, I am confident that I will be provided with the resources, opportunities, and wisdom needed to succeed.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to actively seek out mentorship and guidance, understanding that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. By learning from others’ experiences and support, you build the foundation to grow, succeed, and eventually pay it forward by helping others along the way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and simultaneously a key opportunity in my field right now is helping consumers understand how intuitive and easy our app is to use. By effectively demonstrating its simplicity and value, we can not only overcome hesitation or confusion but also expand adoption, enhance user engagement, and drive growth in the market.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith, treating others with respect and integrity, fostering genuine connections, helping and serving people, and promoting safety so that individuals can live with greater freedom and peace of mind.
