Currently serving as Technical Sales Manager for Sales Systems Engineers at AT&T, Ingrid leads high-performing teams focused on delivering next-generation technology solutions. Her expertise spans cloud-based technologies, cybersecurity, IoT, SD-WAN, and disaster recovery strategies. Known for her innovative thinking and ability to drive transformation, Ingrid helps businesses create efficiencies, improve resiliency, and strengthen their cybersecurity posture through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge solutions.

I attribute my success to 39 years of hard work, dedication to my customers, and a relentless commitment to delivering results every day—efforts that have earned me top sales awards, recognition as a Top Performer, and even an upcoming reward trip I'm excited to take.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay with it and never give up, no matter what challenges come my way.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay current with all new and emerging technology advancements to remain competitive and confident in your role.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is staying focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, but it also presents the opportunity to grow by never accepting defeat.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I believe that as hard as you work, it's just as important to prioritize time for yourself and recharge on your days off.
