About Ioana
Ioana Juravlea is the founder of Studio Savoya, a Chicago-based marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, photography, website design, paid ads, and social media. She began her career with side jobs including photography for a property management firm while attending DePaul University, later advancing to manage marketing for 33 high-rise buildings. After gaining experience at NP Digital and handling paid ads for a major automotive client, she founded Studio Savoya in 2023 and has operated it full-time since early 2024, now serving 30 clients with a growing team. Her approach emphasizes skill development, confidence, and faith as core values, and she mentors students while maintaining a commitment to blending creative and analytical strategies.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I've met a lot of women that are not confident in themselves... when you're walking into a meeting... you have to be sure that you are in the place that you want to begin in... knowing why you're doing it, knowing where your identity lies, and being confident... skill maxing... learn programs... my faith was such a big part of it... putting my identity in God.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith is number one... trusting in Jesus... having a solid foundation... knowing who you are, knowing what you want... staying committed to believing in yourself... taking the risks, and learn.
