I believe the way we carry our bodies shapes the way we carry our lives.

My background spans biology, psychology, physical rehabilitation, and kinesiology—disciplines that together inform how the body, brain, and movement interact in everyday life. This integrative perspective shapes my approach to posture, self-care, and confidence, emphasizing awareness and intelligent support rather than force or correction.

As the founder of Bella Posture Wear, I apply these principles to create solutions that work with the body’s natural intelligence. My mission is to inspire women to care for their bodies in ways that allow their bodies to show up for them—at work, in leadership, and in life.

• Physical Rehabilitation

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of vision, persistence, and a deep commitment to improving people’s well-being. From the start, I focused on creating a posture-corrective garment that truly works, applying science, innovation, and user feedback at every step. Staying curious, collaborating with experts, and listening to our customers has been key to turning an idea into a product that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to focus on solving real problems for real people. If you stay committed to creating value and improving lives, success naturally follows. It’s a reminder to stay mission-driven, listen closely to your customers, and never compromise on quality.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to trust their ideas and embrace persistence. Innovation often comes from noticing what others overlook, so be curious, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo. Build a strong network, learn from mentors, and stay committed to creating products that truly improve people’s lives—your vision matters, and it can make a real impact.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in our field is bridging the gap between science and consumer adoption—creating products that are not only effective but also stylish, comfortable, and accessible. At the same time, there’s a tremendous opportunity to empower people to take control of their health and posture in everyday life. With growing awareness of the long-term impact of posture on wellness, we can innovate wearable solutions that genuinely improve quality of life while shaping a new standard for functional fashion.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, innovation, and impact are the values that guide me in both my work and personal life. I strive to create products that genuinely improve people’s well-being, approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, and build relationships based on trust and respect
