She currently serves as an Autotask Specialist at Far Out Solutions, where she supports internal employees in resolving issues involving Datto RMM and PSA Autotask, including transaction adjustments, Live Reports customization, and resource management. Her career reflects a steady progression from accounting and financial operations into highly technical administrative and business systems support.
Before specializing in Autotask and business systems, Jaclyn built extensive experience in accounting and financial operations. She worked as an Accounting Staff member with Paramount Group Limited and as a Staff Accountant at Crystaltec Pty Ltd, where she handled bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. She also gained experience as a Collections Specialist, managing accounts receivable, customer follow-ups, phone calls, emails, daily reporting, and collection targets. Her background has given her a valuable combination of financial knowledge, analytical ability, administrative expertise, and technical problem-solving skills. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Gordon College in Olongapo City.

I attribute my success to analytical thinking, continuous learning, adaptability, and the intentional development of practical skills. I believe in setting clear goals, anticipating challenges, and continuously learning how to apply my knowledge effectively. This mindset has helped me navigate different industries, environments, and opportunities while making thoughtful decisions and adapting when necessary.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is not to take everything too seriously. I’ve learned to view feedback, setbacks, mistakes, and accomplishments as temporary moments in a much larger journey. Staying humble, keeping perspective, and learning from every experience has helped me adapt, recover from challenges, and move forward with confidence.

My advice to young women entering my industry is to focus on developing their skills and turning knowledge into capabilities they can confidently demonstrate. Know your value, stay open to learning and change, and be strategic about your goals while maintaining balance between your career, relationships, community, and personal well-being.

I see today’s challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
