Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to three things: resilience, intuition, and relentless curiosity.

Every stage of my life has required me to solve problems from the inside out — to see patterns others miss, to adapt quickly, and to create new pathways where none existed. That combination of deep inner clarity and strong analytical thinking is what shapes my work today.

I’ve learned to trust my intuition as much as my technical skill, and I lead with a mindset that blends compassion, innovation, and sovereignty. My success comes from staying teachable, staying grounded, and continually transforming my lived experiences into tools that help others rise with more clarity, confidence, and independence.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is “the show must go on.” It’s a reminder to stay resilient, keep moving forward, and maintain focus even when challenges arise. I try to bring that mindset to every project and opportunity I take on.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To any young woman stepping into this industry, here’s my advice: trust your inner voice as much as your skill set. The tech and design world will hand you a lot of rules, but the real magic happens when you combine that outside knowledge with your own intuition and resilience. Stay curious, stay sovereign, and never let anyone convince you to shrink your perspective. Your unique blend of empathy and innovation is your superpower—use it boldly.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now is

• that many people are hesitant or unwilling to work with AI. This creates both a challenge and an opportunity to educate, demonstrate its value, and help others integrate AI effectively into their work.

• it's really about keeping the human spirit at the heart of all this tech innovation.

We’ve got AI and UX/UI evolving at light-speed, and the real opportunity is making sure these advancements actually serve people—like genuinely empower them, not just dazzle them.

It’s a wild frontier ~ the biggest opportunity we have, with that in mind, is to create a future where tech doesn’t just feel smart but feels like it’s got a soul.

So yeah, we’re blending the ancient wisdom with the cutting edge—that’s the exciting part.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are showing up with clear intentions and being genuine. I strive to approach every situation with honesty, authenticity, and purpose, ensuring that my actions align with my values.
