Visibility has become essential in modern leadership. This article explores why sharing your expertise and building trust through consistent communication is more valuable than staying silent, and how personal branding creates impact at scale.
The hardest conversation I ever had was with myself; Realizing visibility isn't about ego, it's about service, and keeping your knowledge to yourself limits your impact.

Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jade
01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm gritty, I don't lie, I don't wait for someone to give me the green light, and even when things aren't going exactly the way I want, I figure out how to make them start going the way I want.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be scared of looking dumb, be scared of being broke.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just go for it. There's so many different niches within the marketing industry... being open to the pivot is huge... being willing to pivot and change when things don't work.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The education piece of people understanding personal branding and employee advocacy and the impact that both have on companies. Most people assume that sales is that major revenue driver... instead of seeing the executive team and employees as an asset.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Always be networking, not for what you can get out of it, but to experience different people, ways of living, and thoughts. Practice what you preach when it comes to personal branding.
