Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous learning, building strong relationships, networking, and staying consistent in my efforts. These principles have helped me grow professionally and create meaningful opportunities throughout my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to invest in myself. By prioritizing personal growth, health, learning, and surrounding myself with the right people, I’ve learned that continued self-investment and networking open the door to lasting opportunities.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry to keep going and never let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve your goals. Your background doesn’t define your future—learn from every environment, seek out new experiences, and trust that nothing can stop you except yourself.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is keeping up with the rapid pace of AI while learning how to use it effectively in an increasingly competitive, AI-driven marketing landscape. At the same time, there’s a major opportunity to grow my business through strategic advertising and broadcasting, while maintaining strong, meaningful client relationships and leveraging word-of-mouth to stand out.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are reliability and trustworthiness—I want my name to stand for someone people can always depend on. Outside of work, I value quality time with my son and enjoy traveling together, especially when it involves being on or in the ocean through activities like boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, and swimming.
