One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in this field is helping clients feel safe enough to make that first phone call by building trust and genuine connection.

The values most important to me are integrity and ethics, always looking out for and believing in others, and a deep love of knowledge that drives me to keep learning—whether through reading, taking AI classes, or setting out on road trips that lead me somewhere new.
