Ten minutes with Jennelle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the support of my family, consistency, a strong work ethic, and reliability. I believe in following through on my commitments and being someone others can depend on. When someone comes to me with a question or challenge, I make every effort to find the right answer or solution, even if it requires additional research or effort. My willingness to stay consistent, work hard, and never stop looking for solutions has played an important role in building my reputation and achieving success throughout my career.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is simple but powerful: “Talk less and listen more.” I believe that listening carefully, especially to clients, is essential to truly understanding their needs, concerns, and challenges. Rather than making assumptions, I focus on asking thoughtful questions and listening with intention so I can provide meaningful solutions, build trust, and develop stronger, long-lasting professional relationships.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me, both personally and professionally, are honesty, integrity, reliability, and consideration for others. I believe in doing the right thing, even when it requires making difficult decisions or taking the more challenging path. I strive to approach every situation with accountability, respect, and genuine consideration for those around me, guided by the principle that when you do the right things, the right things will follow.
