Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jenni
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to my grandmother, who first inspired in me the joy of generosity. That inspiration continues to guide how I connect with our residents and donors, helping them discover the same joy and find meaningful ways to leave a lasting legacy.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Love, gratitude, and generosity are at the heart of everything I do. I love our residents deeply, and it's that love that gets me out of bed every day. I'm grateful for the residents who came before me, those here now, and those yet to come. Building genuine partnerships with nonprofits, businesses, civic organizations, and volunteers is also central to how I live out these values, because true impact multiplies when a community comes together.
