Jennifer Gonzales

She is an experienced higher education finance, funding, and resource planning leader with a strong background in formula funding, financial forecasting, legislative analysis, GAAP reporting, audits, and strategic planning. She currently works as Senior Director of Funding and Resource Planning at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, where she supports state funding models, financial projections, and higher education policy analysis. Her previous experience includes controller work at Concordia University Texas and program leadership at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. She also has earlier operations and supervisory experience with the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department.
