Jennifer (Jen) Liebsack, CHBA is a hospitality sales and marketing leader with extensive experience driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and guest engagement across luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and destination hospitality properties. As Director of Sales and Marketing at Vinarosa Resort & Spa in Sonoma County, she oversees all sales and marketing operations for the 92-acre vineyard resort, including leisure travel, group business, corporate events, retreats, banquet catering, spa experiences, and strategic brand partnerships.
Known for her ability to elevate luxury hospitality brands, Jen plays a key role in positioning Vinarosa as a premier wellness, sustainability, and wine-country destination. She has helped develop innovative guest experiences, including an interactive vineyard walking trail that allows visitors to engage with the property's winemaking story through immersive technology. Her focus on authentic, place-based hospitality reflects her passion for creating meaningful connections between guests, local culture, and the natural environment.
Before joining Vinarosa Resort & Spa, Jen held leadership positions with Hilton, Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Calistoga Motor Lodge & Spa, Napa Valley Wine Train, and River Terrace Inn. Throughout her career, she has consistently exceeded revenue goals, strengthened client relationships, and led high-performing sales teams. Her achievements include being recognized as Hilton's 2024 Leader of the Year and earning multiple sales excellence awards for surpassing performance targets and cultivating long-term partnerships.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Jen is deeply involved in the tourism and hospitality community. She serves on the Business Development Committee for Sonoma County Tourism and previously served as an Ambassador Co-Captain for the Napa Chamber of Commerce, helping foster economic growth and collaboration throughout the region.
Jen's passion for hospitality extends beyond her career. A trained massage therapist with a strong interest in wellness and well-being, she continually studies emerging hospitality and guest experience trends while traveling and exploring innovative concepts from around the world. Her long-term goal is to lead a boutique luxury property as General Manager, combining her expertise in operations, guest experience, sales, and marketing to create exceptional hospitality experiences that leave a lasting impact on guests and communities alike.

Ten minutes with Jennifer
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think it's just being surrounded by other successful women. Truthfully, I've gone into different leadership programs, and just really pulling in ladies that are more like-minded, and just tightening that circle. I think that's such a driving force to lift one another up. Part of what drives me is I have two daughters that are one that's going to be a certain age and the other one that's another age, so I think that's also what kind of pushes me, is to show them that the glass ceiling broke and it's not about making each other climb the ladder anymore, but as we go up, we're lifting people up with us.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think just being open and being flexible, wanting to get to know the art, the trade, and being flexible to want to cross-train into the different departments. Because you have so many different areas within hospitality, you know, whether it's operations, there's sales, there's marketing, there's revenue, there's just so many different areas. So coming into it just being open and being able to flex in between all of them, or shadowing to find out where your niche is, because it also goes beyond just a resort property to destination. There's so many different areas that they can go into.
