About Jennifer
Jennifer Nowicki is the founder and owner of Cultivate Taste Tea. With over 30 years in her field, the vast majority of her experience has been in the tea industry and the gourmet and natural food industries, following some time in insurance. She previously co-owned a coffee house where she focused on tea and food, she owned a Teahouse , and she owned another physical location for a period. Nowicki earned a business administration and humanistic studies degrees from UWGB after transitioning her minor to a major, and she was a semi-finalist for the Draper Competition there. She represented the U.S. tea industry in two World Tea Conferences in China. Her business has earned an international award for her teas, and she maintains over 1,100 reviews with a 4.9 to 5-star rating. Nowicki has served on the boards of Green Bay Garden Blitz and the Women's Associate Alliance. She attributes her success to being a determined and resilient individual who seeks out needed knowledge and delegates tasks she dso she can work on her business verus in it.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm just a very determined gal. I'm resilient. If I don't know something, I'll try to find a way of getting the knowledge that I need to progress my business, and if it's something I really don't like doing, I will try to find somebody else to do it.
