She is currently a Store Manager and One Academy Coach for Express, where she has worked for the past four years following a ten-year tenure at Forever 21. In her dual role, Jerica oversees daily store operations while also training new store managers for the brand. As a One Academy Coach, Jerica leads new store managers through an intensive three-week program two weeks at her store for immersive training, followed by personalized, on-site coaching at their assigned locations. She focuses on acclimating managers to the brand, understanding their individual learning styles, instilling a deep knowledge of company values, and empowering them to break records in their stores.
