I started JNJ Gifts & More after years in retail, followed by multiple setbacks that forced me to rebuild from scratch. Those experiences shaped how I approach business today. I focus on service, clarity, and intention. My work centers on helping busy teams show appreciation in a way that feels genuine, not transactional. I believe gifting should feel chosen, not assembled, and should always reflect care, values, and respect for the recipient. My goal is to help clients curate gifts they feel confident, proud, and aligned putting their name on.

What do you attribute your success to?
Consistency and resilience. I stayed focused when results were slow and adapted when things did not work. I also listen closely to clients. Most growth came from solving real problems, not chasing trends. Finally, I attribute my success to relationships. Strong relationships create repeat business, referrals, and trust.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Build something useful before trying to make it impressive. When you focus on solving a real problem well, growth follows.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn the business side early. Pricing, margins, and operations matter as much as creativity. Do not undervalue your work. Be clear about what you offer and who you serve. Confidence grows when you understand your numbers and your process.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The challenge is commoditization. Many gifts look the same and feel forgettable. The opportunity is differentiation through thoughtfulness, storytelling, and service. Companies are looking for partners who can handle complexity and help them stand out without adding more work to their plate.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, responsibility, and empathy. I value doing what I say I will do, treating people with respect, and building something sustainable. In both work and life, I believe impact matters more than attention.
