Jessi Mahnesmith-Rippentrop

Finance and operations leader with deep experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business transition management. She has held senior roles at Zoetis, Croell, and ClubProcure, where she supported executive decision-making, led acquisition-related accounting and data integrations, built forecasting and pricing models, and improved reporting capabilities. Alongside her corporate finance background, she also serves on a nonprofit board, contributing strategic guidance, fundraising support, and community engagement. She holds double bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa and is working towards her Masters of Business Administration.
