What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being approachable, attentive, and genuinely focused on others. I make it a priority to listen carefully, act with good intentions, and remain authentic in how I present myself. I believe my transparency about being imperfect, along with my commitment to doing the right thing, helps build trust and allows others to feel comfortable, connected, and confident in working with me.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to stay open to learning as much as possible and to embrace new opportunities without fear. Mistakes are a natural part of growth, and rather than viewing them with regret, they should be seen as valuable lessons that help build character and strengthen skills over time. Each experience, even the challenging ones, contributes to personal and professional development, so the key is to keep learning, adapting, and moving forward with confidence.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities in my field right now include growing my business and increasing visibility through platforms such as podcasts and speaking engagements, which allow me to connect with wider audiences and share my expertise. At the same time, I am focused on balancing my current role with ongoing business development efforts, which requires strong time management and prioritization. Additionally, while English is my second language, I see it as both a challenge and an opportunity, as it pushes me to grow while also enabling me to reach and engage with a broader, more diverse audience.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values in my work and personal life are integrity and authenticity. I believe in consistently doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, because that reflects true character. Being genuine is equally important to me, as it allows me to build honest, meaningful relationships and stay true to who I am in both my personal and professional life.
