Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jessica
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my ability to create genuine connection and help people feel seen, heard, and understood. I lead with authenticity and intention, and I’m not afraid to show up as my full self—including the imperfect parts—because that’s where real trust is built. I take the time to truly listen, which allows me to meet people where they are and support them in moving forward with clarity and confidence. At the core, my success comes from a deep commitment to empowering others to recognize their own value and step into who they’re meant to become.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be genuine, trust your value, and don’t shrink who you are. Confidence in what you bring to the table shapes how you show up and what opportunities you create. And if you can clearly visualize something for your life or career, it’s because you have the ability to achieve it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to stay open to learning as much as possible and to embrace new opportunities without fear. Mistakes are a natural part of growth, and rather than viewing them with regret, they should be seen as valuable lessons that help build character and strengthen skills over time. Each experience, even the challenging ones, contributes to personal and professional development, so the key is to keep learning, adapting, and moving forward with confidence.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the growing demand for confidence and leadership development, especially as professionals navigate change, uncertainty, and increased expectations in the workplace. Platforms like podcasts and speaking engagements have created powerful ways to expand that impact and connect with broader audiences.
At the same time, a key challenge is balancing growth with intention—ensuring that as the business expands, the quality of connection and transformation remains strong. Personally, I also see being bilingual as both a challenge and an opportunity. It continuously pushes me to grow while allowing me to connect with and serve a more diverse and global audience.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and authenticity are at the core of everything I do. I believe in doing what’s right, even when it’s not easy or visible, because that’s where true character is built. At the same time, I value showing up fully as myself—without pretending or conforming—because that’s what creates real connection. When you lead with authenticity, you give others permission to do the same, and that’s where confidence and transformation begin.
