Jessica Hood is an accomplished Preventative Maintenance Manager at Envent Corporation, bringing over a decade of expertise in chemical process technology and operations management. She began her career as an LDPE Process Specialist at LyondellBasell, where she developed deep technical knowledge and leadership skills. Over the years, Jessica has progressed through increasingly responsible roles, mastering process optimization, maintenance management, and operational discipline while earning multiple certifications including ISO 9001 and Visible Emissions Evaluator under the Federal Reference Method 9.
Her professional strengths include preventive maintenance, process improvement, and leadership development, supported by hands-on experience as a superuser in electronic permitting, Cnotes log programming, and Intelatrac systems. Jessica is also recognized for her contributions to safety and emergency preparedness, having completed TEEX Brayton Fire Training and serving as an active fire and rescue volunteer. Her role as a subject matter expert in organizational digital applications underscores her ability to integrate advanced tools into operational workflows for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
