01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to Chris Paoli, my business partner and managing partner, who believed in me from the start when I was hosting at a local restaurant. He gave me opportunities, showed me how to work hard and be valuable, and is incredibly creative in storytelling and lifestyle marketing. I owe so much to him for changing my life over the last decade.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be as curious as possible. Ask as many questions as you can because people love to talk about themselves, especially on a home search. Let your clients talk so you become an incredible listener by being there and being a sponge.
