I launched Weddings in Paradise in 2013 after years working at resorts like Sandals and Rio. I saw couples forced into fixed wedding packages they didn't need or want, so I created a personalized service. My days involve planning, client communication, budget management, and helping clients navigate their vision within budget constraints.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my mom and God. My mom demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial spirit raising eight children alone after my dad left, managing a mini-mart and farming with unwavering determination and resilience.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To pursue my passion. Something that brings genuine fun, because it's no good feeling to be trapped in a job that you don't really desire.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have a genuine passion for the work. When you are genuinely invested, your contribution will differ from others. Your enthusiasm distinguishes you, and creativity flows because you truly enjoy what you do.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is lack of transparency and greed from venues. Clients are often overpriced with hidden markups on preferred vendors, causing budgets to explode without full information.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values I hold dearly are integrity, compassion, honesty, and authenticity. These are real values that are dear to my heart.
