Her responsibilities spanned the entire process, from handling initial information requests to final billing and questionnaires. After leaving the company a month ago, she is taking time to explore next steps, with a focus on pursuing a sales position in hospitality or events. She attributes her drive to a passion for life and the thrill of creating new experiences each day. Jimena advises young women entering the field to focus on their impact on people by crafting unique, flawless events that create lasting memories. She hopes to support animal organizations once she achieves greater stability.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm just passionate about life. It motivates me to be alive, to see what's new, what thing I can create next, to learn as well. I like the thrill about living. Every day I wake up excited to know what I'm going to do next.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Focus on your impact on people. That is what's gonna make you love the profession. Create something very special and unique for people because an event is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. Make sure everything goes flawless, make sure that everything looks beautiful, make sure that people have a very good time.
