Jocelyn Herman, MSIO, is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Geotemps, Inc. / Geopros, Inc., where she specializes in connecting highly skilled professionals with opportunities across the mining, geology, engineering, and heavy industry sectors. Based in the Lafayette, Louisiana metropolitan area, she is recognized as a top-producing recruiter who combines strategic talent acquisition with a strong understanding of organizational psychology. With a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Jocelyn brings a data-driven yet highly personal approach to recruitment, focusing on understanding human motivation, organizational culture, and long-term alignment between candidates and employers.
Throughout her career, Jocelyn has built expertise in full-cycle recruitment, technical sourcing, behavioral assessment, workforce development, and organizational training. At Geotemps/Geopros, she has managed complex and highly specialized technical searches, developed talent pipelines in competitive markets, advised clients on talent trends and compensation, and contributed to training programs designed to strengthen recruitment capabilities. Earlier in her career, she worked in organizational development and training at Quaker State and served in talent management and recruitment for Mexico's Federal Intelligence Division, where she supported specialized hiring, competency-based selection, leadership development, and organizational development across multiple directorates. Her diverse background has given her a distinctive ability to evaluate both technical qualifications and the human factors that influence workplace success.
