Her Story

About Jocelyn Michelle

Jocelyn Michelle Lemke is an Identity & Relationship Strategist, licensed clinician, and Women’s Success Coach who brings decades of experience supporting women through personal and professional transformation. As the founder and CEO of Coaching With Michelle, Jocelyn combines clinical insight with transformational coaching to help high-achieving women rebuild self-trust, reclaim their identities, strengthen relationships, and create fulfilling next chapters. Her work is especially focused on women navigating divorce, relationship changes, career transitions, and other significant life disruptions.

Through her trauma-informed and transformational approach, Jocelyn helps accomplished women move beyond simply managing challenges and toward intentionally creating lives that feel as good as they look. She has developed specialized work around confidence, self-worth, emotional healing, stress and burnout recovery, mindset, and empowerment, while also supporting post-divorce and single mothers as they navigate work, healing, and family life. Her experience also extends to professional discernment and consultation for clinicians and experienced coaches, helping them navigate emotionally complex client situations with confidence, ethical awareness, and sustainable practices.

At the heart of Jocelyn’s work is a belief that meaningful transformation involves more than recovering from what has happened—it means rediscovering who you are and intentionally choosing what comes next. She encourages women to trust themselves, embrace their desires, use their voices, and build lives rooted in confidence, connection, adventure, and fulfillment. Through Coaching With Michelle and her Wildly Alive™ framework, Jocelyn continues to help women move from survival and self-doubt toward greater self-trust, identity, and a life they are genuinely excited to live.

Ten minutes with Jocelyn Michelle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to 18 years of dedication to helping people navigate difficult seasons of life. Building my therapy practice from the ground up has strengthened my commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. What began as an unexpected calling to psychology has grown into a mission to help women not only survive, but reclaim their lives.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay true to myself. Rather than adjusting to others’ expectations or definitions of success, I believe in staying connected to who I am and letting that guide my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stay true to yourself and protect your authenticity. Keep learning, listen deeply, set healthy boundaries, and remember that you are not responsible for saving everyone. Your unique strengths are needed in this field, and true professionalism means serving others while also honoring your own humanity.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges is helping high-achieving women recognize that external success does not always reflect internal well-being, especially after years of living in survival mode. At the same time, coaching and digital platforms offer opportunities to make meaningful growth and support more accessible globally while maintaining the depth, ethics, accountability, and trauma-informed care needed for genuine transformation.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Empathy, authenticity, integrity, compassion, and accountability are at the heart of my work and personal life. I believe people deserve both genuine compassion and honest truth, creating a safe space where they can grow while also being challenged to transform.
