Joyce Aguilar

Joyce Frenzel is a career coach and HR professional based in Henderson, Nevada. With close to 20 years of experience in HR, she has held multiple leadership roles, leading warehouse teams and supporting recruiting teams and hiring managers. Her work has focused on operations infused with HR, and over the last 6 years she has concentrated on recruiting and talent development. Joyce has hired, mentored, and coached hundreds of professionals, finding her true passion in the coaching aspect of her work. She earned her SHRM CP certification recently, along with a career coaching certificate and an HR management certificate from 2019. She also holds a bachelor's degree completed in 2002. After being laid off from Amazon a year and a half ago, Joyce has been building her career coaching practice to support HR leadership, professionals transitioning careers, and individuals recognizing their potential. She aims to grow her coaching business to full financial support within five years while pursuing opportunities in professional speaking.
