01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to keep their eyes on the prize and have a clear vision for where they want to go in their careers. Stay focused on your goals, continuously invest in your personal and professional development, and measure your impact along the way. As women professionals, we have the ability to reach our full potential when we remain committed, resilient, and confident in our capabilities. Remember that progress is not always linear—you may need to pause and rest, but always find the strength to get back up and keep moving forward. Along the way, support and uplift other women by mentoring, coaching, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges we are facing is the lack of alignment created by legacy systems across different departments. At the same time, this presents a significant opportunity to modernize and improve the way we work. By implementing a new HR information system, UKG, we are creating greater synergy across HR, finance, operations, and clinical teams. This transformation will help streamline processes, reduce manual costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen the organization as a whole.
