Joy Michelle Wright, widely known as Michelle, is a seasoned dental industry professional with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, sales, account management, manufacturing, and education. Since 2013, she has served with GC America, where she has advanced through leadership roles and currently serves as National Special Markets Manager. In this capacity, Michelle oversees strategic accounts across the United States and Canada, leveraging her expertise in financial planning, business development, and relationship management to drive consistent year-over-year growth.

Her career began with over 12 years of clinical experience as a registered dental hygienist, where she developed her foundation in patient care and a deep understanding of the dental industry. Transitioning into sales and business development, Michelle distinguished herself as a trusted leader in the dental service organization (DSO) market, successfully managing national accounts, launching new product divisions, and guiding cross-functional teams to exceed growth targets. She is also recognized for her ability to coach, cross-train, and build collaborative relationships across departments, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and client needs.

An active advocate for women in the dental field, Michelle is proudly associated with Women in DSO, where she supports initiatives to empower female leaders within the industry. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
