Judy Milano Cantwell is a seasoned psychotherapist, trainer, consultant, and work-life coach with decades of experience helping individuals and organizations improve workplace relationships, communication, and performance. As the Principal of Working Cultures and CrossCultureCoach.com, she provides counseling, coaching, training, and consulting services focused on workplace soft skills, behavioral performance, and multicultural environments. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor, Board Certified Coach, Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider, and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. Judy specializes in helping professionals and organizations navigate complex workplace dynamics, including cross-cultural communication, expatriate and repatriate transitions, global workforce challenges, leadership development, and relationship management. Her expertise spans corporate, nonprofit, government, healthcare, education, technology, legal, and international settings. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Florida and her M.Ed. in Counseling and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Miami.
