Ten minutes with Juliana
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I believe that I really would like to get their bases covered. Do the job of understanding what's the foundation. Ask the questions, don't be afraid to ask the questions. Put yourself out there. If no one hears you, talk again. Don't be afraid to be called loud or difficult. The women's touch is going to make the whole difference.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty is the biggest value. Teamwork is really important. Transparency. We're all in the same boat. Get your hands dirty a little bit if other people struggle.
