Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to using a challenging moment as an opportunity for growth. After being laid off in August, I chose to follow my passion and take a leap of faith by launching my own business. My drive to help people through meaningful events and travel experiences has been the foundation of this new chapter—and I’m grateful every day that I trusted myself to pursue it.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me—both professionally and personally—are inclusivity, community, and impact. I'm passionate about creating meaningful experiences for others, whether through events or community initiatives. One of my proudest accomplishments was helping lead a grassroots effort to raise over $450,000 to build the first handicap-accessible park in our community—so families no longer had to travel 30 miles just to find an inclusive space to play. That project reflects what I strive for in all areas of my life: bringing people together to create lasting, positive change.
