Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me—both in my work and in my personal life—center on growth, creativity, and empowerment. I believe every woman has a story, and that purpose drives everything I do, from my own work as a podcaster and producer to assisting others. I value continuous learning, whether it’s about blending the new and old rules in the writing craft or advancing my expertise in athletic training and nutrition. I find I can more fully commit to help others find their voices when I remain disciplined and grounded in my own wellness and creative practices.
