What do you attribute your success to?
Realizing that "success," much like anything else, is a mindset. Lots of wrong notes on the way to the right ones—and how I accept those experiences, that journey. The willingness to practice forgiveness daily, specifically as a correction of perception.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Honor the craft by giving it the time, the practice it needs—and you need, in order to grow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Study the old ways. Learn the new ways. Follow your heart and don't ever apologize for doing that.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Knowing when and how to effectively use Artificial Intelligence (AI).
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me—both in my work and in my personal life—center on growth, creativity, and empowerment. I believe everyone has a story, and that purpose drives everything I do, from my own work as a podcaster and producer to assisting others. I value continuous learning, whether it’s about blending the new and old rules in the writing craft or advancing my expertise in athletic training and nutrition. I find I can more fully commit to help others find their voices when I remain disciplined and grounded in my own wellness and creative practices.
