Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work and a genuine love for helping people. Running my own private practice allows me to support individuals across all stages of life—from women’s health to those navigating divorce and major transitions—and it’s incredibly fulfilling to make a difference every day. I’m licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and I work long hours because I’m deeply committed to my clients and the care they deserve.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay inspired. When I lead with inspiration—both in my work and in the way I show up for others—I’m able to stay grounded in my purpose and bring my best self to the people I serve.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is ensuring that clients receive the full support and resources they need, especially as demand for mental health services continues to grow. At the same time, this creates an important opportunity—to expand access, strengthen care, and meet people where they are with compassion and effective guidance.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I value balance, joy, and staying connected to the things that energize me. Exercise helps me stay grounded and strong, while concerts and shopping are ways I unwind and enjoy life. Prioritizing what brings me happiness allows me to show up fully for my clients and maintain a healthy, fulfilling rhythm in and outside of my practice.
