Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Your independence is powerful, but so is support. You don't have to do everything alone to prove strength. The strongest women sometimes know when to receive help. Love and partnerships are important too. I have to tell myself that as well, because sometimes we have a hard time asking for help.
