Prior to her current role, Kali built a multifaceted career spanning merchandising, design, and education. Her experience as a Visual Communications and Adult Education Instructor allowed her to design impactful curricula, lead professional development programs, and mentor emerging professionals, blending creativity with strategic thinking.

Kali holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northeastern State University.
