I attribute my success to Jesus Christ. I give Him all the glory because He is the reason I am where I am today and the reason I am able to serve and help others. My faith in Him continues to guide, strengthen, and inspire me in everything I do.

The best career advice I have ever received is to never rush into a decision. Whether I am considering starting a business, helping others, or pursuing an opportunity to make a difference, I believe it is important to take the time to think things through carefully. Rushed decisions can often lead to mistakes, while thoughtful decisions allow me to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My advice to young women entering my industry is to always be willing to help others when they need you. Be present, dependable, and committed to serving others with integrity and faithfulness. Most importantly, strive to inspire those around you and lead by example. Let your actions reflect the values you believe in, and be an example of the kind of professional and person you aspire to be.

One of the biggest challenges in my field is learning how to help and serve others without unintentionally making them feel belittled or uncomfortable. Sometimes, people may misunderstand acts of kindness or support and perceive them differently than they are intended. I believe the key is to approach everyone with humility, compassion, and respect, while recognizing that each person is at a different point in their journey. For me, the opportunity is to continue serving others with genuine kindness and understanding, while being mindful of how my actions affect those around me.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are kindness, compassion, and humility. I believe in genuinely listening to others, treating everyone with respect, and being compassionate toward their experiences. Above all, I strive to remain humble in everything I do and to let these values guide how I serve and interact with others.
