Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to earning and sustaining customer trust through consistency, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to long-term value—not just short-term revenue. Staying adaptable as technology and markets evolve, while continually investing in my own growth through mentorship and executive-level learning, has allowed me to scale both customer relationships and teams with impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the most pivotal moments in my recent career growth came when my VP of Revenue introduced me to Pavilion. Joining Pavilion expanded my perspective beyond my immediate organization and connected me with leaders who are shaping go-to-market strategy at the highest levels.
Mentorship has played a transformative role in my journey. Because of that, I feel a strong responsibility to pay it forward. Leadership isn’t just about performance—it’s about developing others. I want to create opportunities for emerging leaders the way others have done for me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Trust that your experience has value, even when the industry is chasing what’s new—depth and perspective matter. Stay adaptable and open to change, because your willingness to evolve will shape your career far more than any single title or moment.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in the field is the pace of technological change, which demands constant adaptability and a willingness to evolve. At the same time, shifting careers later in life can bring age-related barriers, making it essential to proactively create opportunities and position experience as a competitive advantage.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Adaptability and a strong mindset are core values for me—I view challenges as opportunities to grow rather than obstacles. Outside of work, volunteering with my daughter at a local food pantry and women’s shelter reinforces gratitude and perspective, reminding me that true leadership is rooted in service.
