What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Listen to their calling. Listen to what they're being called into. There's a voice inside of us that's calling us into something greater, and that voice is true. If you're being called into something greater, there's only you that can do that. Only you that can accomplish that. Only you that can do it the way you do it. And the world is waiting for you to do that.
