01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
There are opportunities for freelance positions for non-for-profits or smaller companies to get your foot in the door. Places like Lollipop Farm have open slots for database admin or creating flyers if design is what they want. Marketing is the same thing, social media management. Flexibility more so because there's limited time frame or space. There's a lot out there if someone wants to get their foot in the door and get some experience.
