Kathleen Fors
Kathleen Fors is a mindset and high-performance expert, author, and coach whose work is rooted in a lifelong pursuit of healing and transformation. Her journey began with deeply personal challenges, including growing up in an abusive environment, struggling with low self-esteem, and overcoming decades-long patterns of binge eating, communication barriers, and emotional hardship. Determined to find lasting solutions, she immersed herself in personal development and alternative healing modalities, studying everything from coaching and emotional freedom techniques to advanced energy-based practices. Her breakthrough came through Theta Healing, which she credits with helping her fully recover from a five-year battle with severe inflammation and ultimately transforming both her health and her life.
Building on decades of training and firsthand experience, Kathleen developed her proprietary Empowerment 360 Success System™, a results-driven approach designed to identify and clear the root causes of limiting beliefs and emotional blocks formed early in life. Her methodology stands out for its depth and precision, using detailed client assessments to uncover trauma and subconscious patterns, then systematically releasing them to create rapid, sustainable change. Over the years, she has worked with hundreds of clients and taught healing techniques to dozens of students, helping individuals—from high achievers to athletes—unlock greater confidence, clarity, and performance. Her work is further captured in her book, where she shares both her personal journey and the principles behind her system.
Today, Kathleen continues to work part-time with clients through her structured 12-session program while living the results of her own teachings. In her 70s, she remains an active and competitive athlete, alongside her husband, earning national recognition in tennis and pickleball with dozens of medals between them. Her life reflects her core philosophy: that transformation is possible at any stage, and that true success comes from addressing the root of emotional and mental barriers. Through her coaching, writing, and speaking, Kathleen is dedicated to helping others achieve not only their goals, but a life of confidence, vitality, and lasting empowerment.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being extremely driven to find the fastest way to healing. Throughout my journey, I took every class I could find and worked with 6 or 8 coaches, 5 or 6 therapists, and 8 or 10 healers, always looking to find something new I could add to my coaching techniques and information. I was totally focused on learning as much as possible and kept practicing through practice groups. What really distinguishes me is that I have a detailed questionnaire that asks about clients' upbringing to find all the things that caused trauma, and then I clear the trauma and sabotaging beliefs that were created in youth. That's why my program is so effective and fast - none of the therapists, coaches, or healers I worked with did what I do. I also practice discipline with ease, which means I can work out for an hour every single day, stretching and doing exercises with grace and ease. It's not work - if it's discipline with hardship, that's not going to work. My belief system transformation work is everything because your belief programming causes your thinking, your behavior, and your results. If you can change your beliefs from something like 'I'm not enough' to 'I Am Enough', that changes your life completely.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received came from Yuen Energetics and Theta Healing, and it was really about understanding that your belief system - the programming you get from the time you're born or even before until you're about 6 or 7 years old - causes your thinking, your thoughts, your behavior, and your results. If you can change your beliefs, like taking a negative belief such as 'I'm not enough' and changing that to 'I Am Enough', it changes everything in your life. Your belief programming is what causes your emotions, your confidence, your tenacity. It's everything. This understanding transformed how I work with clients and how I approach my own life.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say invest in your belief programming or your emotional health. Find somebody who has a program - not just someone who asks 'how are you feeling?' and then works on how you're feeling. When you go into a healer or therapist, most don't have a structured approach. What distinguishes me from all the rest is I have a detailed questionnaire that asks about their upbringing, and we find out all the things that cause trauma. Until you're 6 or 7 or 8, everything that happens around you that's traumatic or upsetting, kids blame it on themselves - if I was good enough, this wouldn't have happened, if I was good enough my parents wouldn't have gotten divorced. I go and clear the trauma and the sabotaging beliefs that were created as a youth, and that's why it's so effective and so fast. How you feel now is because of your belief program that you got as a child. So for somebody starting out, invest in your personal development. Some kids are raised by emotionally healthy parents and those are usually the ones that are successful, but if you weren't, you need to do this work.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There are always people who have problems - people struggling in their marriages, in their relationships, with how they communicate. People aren't taught how to communicate properly. When you have a problem, you don't say 'you're an asshole', you say 'when this happened, I felt this way' - you use 'I' instead of 'you'. There's a lot of work that can be done in having healthy boundaries, being generous but not over-generous, and staying away from toxic people. There are hundreds of things that people can learn depending on their situation, their upbringing, and their own belief programming. The challenge is that most people are not interested in doing personal development work. I don't know what the percentage is, but it's huge - maybe only 5 or 10% of people are really like 'oh, you could help me? That'd be great, let's do it.' Some people have subconscious limiting beliefs like 'it's safe for me to know the truth about my family' or 'it's safe for me to get empowered' that are blocking them. My ultimate goal is to offer a year-long course where I can teach my system to other coaches and healers.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, authenticity, compassion, empathy, joy, physical and mental health, and spending quality time with my husband are most important to me. I'm also very passionate about health freedom and standing up for what I believe in, even when it means being a black sheep. During COVID, I was very vocal about being cautious regarding the vaccines, and friends insulted me and wouldn't see me because I didn't have the vaccine. But I did not care if I was a black sheep - I stayed true to my beliefs, and I am still healthy and never got sick. I support organizations like the Children's Health Defense because I believe in protecting people's health. At 75, I'm focused on myself and my husband now, staying active and competitive in tennis and pickleball, and helping people through my coaching work when they're ready to do the personal development work.
