Her Interview

Ten minutes with Kathryn

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to building meaningful connections with passionate people who inspire me and provide valuable mentorship. Having a strong support system that encourages and believes in me has been essential to my growth and career success.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is that it’s okay to make mistakes, as long as I learn from them and avoid repeating them. Owning my mistakes, growing from them, and moving forward demonstrates accountability and resilience.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are community, service, and giving back. I have been volunteering with Celebrate St. Louis for nearly 17 years and currently serve as Chair of Concessions on their Operations Board. Through this nonprofit, I help support events that bring people together, create meaningful experiences, and celebrate the St. Louis community year-round.
