With over 20 years of clinical experience at Allegheny Health Network, Dr. Farah has held multiple leadership roles including Chief Medical Officer at Wexford Hospital and for the Clinically Integrated Network at Physician Partners of Western Pennsylvania. Her work in quality assurance, medical staff relations, and clinical training has consistently emphasized the integration of high-quality patient care with operational excellence. She is also a dedicated advocate for professional development, serving as a mentor and leader within the National Charity League, where she founded and led the Pittsburgh Linxx Chapter.
