Kaylie Provenzano is a Signature Homes Experience Specialist at Bravas, where she brings over a decade of expertise in home technology, design, and client service to luxury residential projects nationwide. She specializes in integrating smart home systems, immersive audio-visual setups, intelligent lighting, motorized shades, and high-performance networking to create seamless, personalized home experiences. Kaylie works closely with architects, designers, and builders to deliver bespoke solutions for homes 10,000 square feet and larger, specialty penthouses, and other complex projects.
Before joining Bravas, Kaylie built a strong foundation in home technology and project management, serving as a Solutions Engineer, AV Project Manager, and sales and business development professional. Her background combines technical acumen with a focus on creating elevated, intuitive experiences for homeowners, ensuring that technology enhances daily living in effortless and inspiring ways.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University with studies in philosophy and cognitive science, Kaylie blends analytical thinking with creativity and human-centered design. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring coffee shops, curating playlists, traveling, and spending time with her children and dog. Her philosophy centers on doing exceptional work while fostering meaningful connections and enjoying the journey.

I attribute my success to the support, guidance, and inspiration I’ve received from many people within my life including my parents, teachers, and mentors.

Your network matters more than anything else and to never burn bridges.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the industry to deeply understand the products they represent, consider other stakeholders’ perspectives, stay adaptable and resilient, and maintain a continual hunger for learning.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Keeping up with all the rapidly changing technology! I love learning and challenges though!
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are collaboration and partnership—working closely with architects, designers, builders, and other trades to create seamless solutions—along with a love for nature, agriculture, and activities like beach visits, nature walks, and hydroponic gardening. I also hold strong family values and am a mother of two.
