Kellie Grutko: To me, being an influential woman is really all about supporting other women, helping to bring them up and motivate others and hopefully inspire others, right? Being an influential woman is knowing that you make a difference, you can help others make a difference, and find their purpose along with your own.
What does being an Influential Woman mean to you?
Kellie Grutko: To me, being an influential woman is really all about supporting other women, helping to bring them up and motivate others and hopefully inspire others, right? Being an influential woman is knowing that you make a difference, you can help others make a difference, and find their purpose along with your own. And if you do it collectively, then you can have a real impact in the world.
What's one piece of advice would you give to younger women chasing their dreams?
Kellie Grutko: My advice for younger women is to find your colleagues and your supporters, and make the most of a group of women around you so you can lift each other up and make sure that you speak up. When you have something to say, and you know it's important, don't be afraid to speak up and let your opinions be heard. Do your best and you will always succeed.
