Keri Allen is a seasoned healthcare technology leader and Senior Technical Manager specializing in population health, regulatory reporting, and advanced analytics within the University of Miami health system. With a career rooted in healthcare operations and IT, she brings deep expertise in EpicCare Ambulatory and Healthy Planet, backed by multiple certifications earned between 2010 and 2017. Allen leads initiatives that support outpatient population health strategies, quality reporting programs such as MIPS and MVP, and workflow optimization efforts that enable clinicians and administrators to deliver high-quality, data-driven care.
Allen’s professional journey began on the front lines of a physician’s office, where she served as an Epic super user during an early electronic medical record implementation. Her ability to translate clinical workflows into technical solutions became a defining strength, guiding her transition into healthcare IT. Over the years, she has held consulting and analyst roles with organizations including Huron, Nordic Consulting Partners, and The University of Texas Medical Branch, where she supported regulatory compliance, analytics, and system optimization for both hospitals and physician practices.
