With a remarkable 32-year career in the water treatment industry, Kim began her journey in 1992 as an office manager and steadily advanced through general manager and area manager roles before assuming her current leadership position. She is recognized for her expertise in financial accountability, operational excellence, workplace safety, and building organizational structures that support long-term success. Her ability to stabilize underperforming operations, integrate acquisitions, and launch new locations while maintaining a consistent culture has made her a trusted and respected leader throughout the organization.
Kim's professional success is rooted in her commitment to developing people as much as businesses. She believes that growing other leaders, building trust-based relationships, and retaining talented employees are the foundations of sustainable success. Although she credits much of her advancement to hands-on experience and continuous learning, she has also earned her Certified Water Specialist (CWS) designation through the Water Quality Association and completed numerous leadership and professional development programs. Throughout her career, Kim has witnessed the water treatment industry become increasingly diverse and is proud to see more women pursuing leadership roles, a positive evolution she enthusiastically encourages.
Beyond her responsibilities at Packard Culligan Water, Kim is passionate about giving back to her community and supporting meaningful causes. She has served on the boards of the Salvation Army and Kiwanis and actively supports the Culligan Cares campaign, reflecting her dedication to service both inside and outside the workplace. She encourages the next generation of professionals—especially women entering the industry—to embrace every opportunity to learn, seek certifications, attend industry events, and never stop growing. Guided by integrity, accountability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed, Kim continues to make a lasting impact on her colleagues, customers, and the communities she serves.
