I attribute my success to my dedication, focus, and passion for my role in the legal field, building on experience from my prior careers in food, beverage, and event sales. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to, a mindset I carry with me both at work and in my love for reading and traveling.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay the course, give 110%, and know that you can make a real difference—just as I did when I moved our entire law firm and reopened it in less than two days.

The biggest challenge in my field right now is being able to support everyone who needs me while managing the entire office at the law firm.
